About

Hi!  I'm Lydia.

I am a UX designer and researcher with a systems thinking holistic approach that drives innovation and results.  With a background in user centered approaches

to designing programs, services, and strategies for the nonprofit sector, I thrive

in ambiguous environments by distilling insights into actionable solutions.

As a former nonprofit executive in youth development and education,

I strive for continuous learning and growth professionally and personally.

As an artist I bring imagination, creativity, and a "how might we"

approach to problem solving.

As a lover of putting one foot in front of the other to reach higher ground in the great outdoors, I value the perseverance and teamwork it takes to reach goals.

And I believe in having fun along the way!
